~ A stroll through the cobblestone streets of Lucerne, with a visit to the famous Lion Monument, the  Löwendenkmal, which serves as a tribute to the fallen Swiss guard, and the Kapellbrucke, the iconic muraled, covered wooden footbridge that spans the Reuss River

~ Mt. Pilatus, where the gondolas ascends 7,000 feet to the top of the mountain, offering spectacular views of the snow-covered Alps, up to 200 miles away on a clear day

~ Skiing/snowboarding on Mount Titlis, a mountain covered in snow year-round, offering astonishingly beautiful views of the Alps, to board the world's first rotating cable car to the summit, where the Ice Flyer and Ice Grotto are located, along with sledding and snow-tubing opportunities

~ One of the five beautiful resorts in the Lungren area (choices depend on weather conditions)

~ A trip to Mt. Rigi for those not skiing/snowboarding, for access to a variety of winter activities, including sledding, ice-skating, horse-drawn sleigh rides and cross-country skiing

~ A stop in Liechtenstein, a tiny Alpine principality dating back to the Holy Roman Empire, to get passports stamped, and pass the royal family’s hilltop castle, still in use as a royal residence, in Liechtenstein’s capital of Vaduz 

~ Innsbruck, site of two winter Olympics and capital of the Austrian Tyrol, including the Golden Roof with its thousands of gold shingles, and City Tower in Innsbruck's Old Town, the Imperial Palace, and the Baroque Cathedral of St. James

~ A two-day pass to ski or snowboard through nine different resorts in the Olympic ski world of Innsbruck, including ski bus service, the most convenient way to comfortably reach the chosen ski region, to Nordpark, Innsbruck's most ‘vertical' park located right above town, the challenging Skylinepark and/or Superpipe for snowboarders

~ A ride on the new Nordketten cable car and the Nordkette funicular, with its fabulous panoramic vistas, from its outstanding combination of contemporary architecture and daring ascents, climbing from the city center all the way up to lofty mountain heights in just 20 minutes

~ Neuschwanstein, the fairy-tale mountain retreat of “Mad” King Ludwig of Bavaria

~ Tour of Munich, including the Nymphenburg Palace, Englischer Garten, the Schwabing District, and the Marionplatz, site of the famous Glockenspiel

Dachau, once a site of horrendous acts against humanity, now transformed into a Holocaust museum that serves as a memorial to its victims
