Edventure Highlights Include:

~ Welcome Dinner


~ A guided tour of the sycamore-lined Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, and the other legendary sites of Paris, including Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Eiffel Tower, the Palais Garnier opera house and Place de la Concorde 

~ A traditional French dinner at a local restaurant, followed by an evening cruise on the Seine River through the heart of Paris

~ Versailles in all its glory, including a tour of the State Apartments and the glittering Hall of Mirrors, before a stroll through the lavish gardens to admire their fine statuary, splendid fountains and colorful flowerbeds


~ Notre-Dame Cathedral, with its iconic gargoyles and Gothic architecture, one of Paris’ most recognizable sites, followed by a stroll through the café-dotted cobblestone streets of the St. Germaine neighborhood as you head to the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens

~ The Eternal City, Rome, including Trajan’s Column and Piazza Venezia in the city’s central hub, the ruins of the Forum, where the Caesars ruled their vast empire, the Arch of Constantine, the Arch of Titus, the Temple of Rome and the Temple of Venus before entering the Colosseum, the largest amphitheater of the Roman Empire

~ Vatican City for a tour of the Vatican Museums, which hold many of the world’s most important Classical and Renaissance-era sculptures, the Sistine Chapel to gaze upon what is perhaps Michelangelo’s greatest masterpiece, and the enormous St. Peter’s Basilica, the epicenter of the Roman Catholic faith 

~ Masterpieces by some of the most incredible artists in history, including Bramante, Peruzzi, Raphael and Michelangelo, from Bernini’s magnificent bronze canopy to Michelangelo’s Pietà

~ An optional cooking lesson by a professional Italian chef to learn to make authentic pasta, followed by a dinner with the end product ($85/pp)

~ An optional excursion into Rome’s ancient catacombs, where early Christians buried saints and popes alongside commoners. for a tour through burial chambers, followed by a visit to St. Paul’s Basilica, originally founded by Constantine the Great, and houses the tomb of St. Paul ($65/pp)
