*Deposit and Payment Information: Tour prices represent peak-season rates, and may be less than stated, depending on departure date and gateway. Tours, optional excursions/activities, and/or their prices are subject to change without prior notice. Booking a tour with the minimum deposit secures that tour at the lowest tour price available to us at time of booking. Group travel is dependent upon group enrollment, and tours may require a minimum number of participants, which varies depending on the tour. You will be notified at the time of booking if your tour is subject to a minimum count. Deposits are refundable only if those specified tours do not book a minimum count. To book a tour, print out and complete the enrollment form by clicking the "Tour Reservation Form" button above, or on the Forms page, then mail with a deposit to the address on the form. If you wish to place a deposit using PayPal, please complete the information form above, so we can email you a PayPal Invoice. Actual date of departure may vary by up to four days, due to airline availability, but travelers will be notified at least 90 days prior to the start of the tour of the actual departure date. Optional excursions must be booked at least 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise noted. All tours require a $500 deposit at time of booking unless otherwise noted. A payment equal to 25% of the total tour cost (deposit is included in this amount) is due within 90 days of booking, and the remaining balance is due 120 days prior to departure, unless automatic monthly payments are set up. Tours booked within 120 days must be paid in full at time of booking. This information supersedes any other provisions for you have received regarding travel with World Edventures and Service Tours, World Edventures or European Edventure.
