~ The historic city of Ghent for a tasting tour with a local guide, for samples of specialties of the region, including ganda ham, pralines, cheese, Tierenteyn mustard, and its famed local Gruut beer


~ A stop at the Huyghe Brewery, home of the world-famous Delirium Ale, for a tour and tasting


~ Prison de St. Gilles/Prison de Forest (Correctional/Law Enforcement Officials only) 


~ Tour through Brussels, the city that serves as the headquarters of the European Union, the elegant Baroque houses of the Grand Place, and iconic city landmarks, such as Manneken Pis, Palais de Justice and the 18th-century Place Royale


~ A visit to the Cantillon Brewery to sample lambic, gueuze, faro and kriek beers while learning about the brewing process


~ A lesson to prepare a traditional Belgian meal taught by a professional chef

~Travel through Wallonia to the Maredsous Abbey, where monks continue the Benedictine brewing tradition, and sample a variety of different brews and cheeses after a tour of the monastery


~ A tasting of the famous Rochefort Trappist Monk beer in the charming town of Dinant, and visit a local bakery, the Maison Collard, to sample the town’s famous hard biscuits


~ A cruise up the Rhine River from Boppard to St. Goars, with views of its many castles and vineyards, including a stop at a vineyard for a wine-tasting and dinner


~ The Middle Rhine Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage-protected region famous for its castles, historic towns and vineyards


~ The picturesque village of Rudesheim am Rhein, including a stroll of the historic alleyways of the pub-lined Drosselgasse


~ The medieval city of Wurzburg for a brief guided tour of the Baroque Residence Palace, another UNESCO-recognized site, before continuing on to Bamberg, for a tour of the Bamberg Cathedral and surrounding Domplatz, the Baroque New Palace, Old Town Hall, and the quaint fisherman’s village of "Little Venice"


~ Dinner and a tasting of the local favorite Rauchbier, a smoky beer that is a specialty of the region, at a local Bamburg tavern


~ A motorcoach tour of the capital of Bavaria, Munich with a local guide to see such sights as the Gothic Frauenkirche church, the Viktualienmarkt, the Residenz, the Schwabing District, and the Marienplatz, location of the famed Glockenspiel


~ An expertly led tour of the Andechs Brewery, where monks have brewed beer in the Benedictine tradition for centuries, with a visit to Andechs Monastery, home to the oldest pilgrimage church in Bavaria
