~ Welcome Dinner


~ A sightseeing tour of London by motorcoach with a local guide, which includes highlights like Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, the Big Ben clock tower, the Houses of Parliament, Piccadilly Circus and St. James’ Palace, where those famous stoic red-coated guards are posted


~ Windsor Castle, the centuries-old retreat of Britain’s Royal Family, founded by William the Conqueror in 1070, and the preferred retreat for British Royal Families for the past 900 years, on a guided tour to see the State Apartments, St. George’s Chapel, and the exhibit of royal treasures, followed by a stroll through the town of Windsor


~ An optional excursion to Stonehenge and Salisbury, first arriving at the UNESCO World Heritage site of one of England’s most recognizable icons, for an informative history of the prehistoric monument at the new visitor's center; followed by Salisbury to visit the Salisbury Cathedral, home to one of the four original copies of the Magna Carta ($125 pp)


~An optional excursion to have a closer look at Westminster Abbey, used for every coronation since 1066 except two, and the final resting place of such notable Brits as Queen Elizabeth I, Sir Isaac Newton, and Charles Dickens, followed by the traditional high tea at an elegant tasting room ($139/pp)


The Tower of London, the UNESCO site famous for its dark history of treason, imprisonment and beheadings, as a local guide takes visitors through the nooks and crannies of this royal castle that houses ancient coin collections, suits of armor, and the famous Crown Jewels, followed by a riverboat for a cruise down the Thames to take in views of the London skyline
